When you land, tap the 'I've landed' button in your confirmation email. That dispatches your driver and starts your 30 free minutes of waiting. Then head to the official taxi stop at your terminal and look for the licence plate we sent you.

Not the whole time — drivers don't sit at the airport in advance. They set off the moment you press 'I've landed', and depending on traffic could be up to ~30 minutes away. Tap landed as soon as you step off the plane so they're there when you finish with bags and customs.

We track your flight automatically, so the driver knows. Just tap 'I've landed' when you actually arrive — your 30 free minutes start from then, not from the booked time. Beyond 30 min, extra wait is €0.50 per minute, charged automatically to your card.

You'll just end up waiting longer at the terminal — the driver only leaves once you tap. Pressing landed late doesn't save you money, it just delays your ride.

Yes — airport and port transfers: free cancellation up to 3 hours before pickup. City rides: free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup. Within those windows, cancellations are non-refundable.

Walk to the taxi stop at your terminal. As soon as a driver accepts your job, we send you their car's licence plate by email (and text message if you've shared your phone number), so you know exactly which car to get into.

It depends on the ride type. Airport and port transfers include 30 minutes of free waiting from the moment you tap 'I've landed' (or from the booked pickup time if you don't). City rides include 5 minutes of free waiting from the booked pickup time. After that, extra wait is €0.50 per minute, charged automatically to your card on file.

Yes. The price you see at booking is the final price — tolls, taxes, meet-and-greet and the included waiting time (30 min for airports, 5 min for city rides) are all included.

Yes. At checkout you can either pay the full fare online or just pay a small reservation amount and settle the rest with your driver on pickup — in cash or by card. The reservation secures your booking and your driver. If you cancel after the free-cancellation window, the full fare is charged to your card on file as per the cancellation policy.
